Terms & Conditions

Review the terms and conditions governing the use of our website, services, appointments, payments, responsibilities, and customer agreements.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing OntarioFoundationGroup.ca, requesting an estimate, booking an inspection, or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. Do not use the website if you do not accept them.

Services

Ontario Foundation Group provides property-related services that may include foundation repair, basement waterproofing, foundation crack repair, interior waterproofing, exterior waterproofing, and sump pump installation.

The exact scope, price, materials, and expected timeline will be confirmed through a quote, contract, booking confirmation, or written project agreement.

Estimates and Project Scope

Estimates are based on the information and visible property conditions available at the time of inspection. Prices may change if hidden damage, additional work, access restrictions, material requirements, or unexpected site conditions are discovered.

Any significant change to the agreed project scope should be communicated to the customer before additional work is completed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate property information, disclose known hazards, provide safe access to the work area, remove valuable items where necessary, and confirm that they have authority to approve work at the property.

Customers must also follow any preparation, safety, maintenance, or aftercare instructions provided by Ontario Foundation Group.

Inspections and Hidden Conditions

Inspections are generally limited to visible and accessible areas. Concealed cracks, underground conditions, hidden water damage, structural defects, plumbing failures, or inaccessible areas may not be identified during the initial assessment.

Additional investigation or work may be required if hidden problems become visible during the project.

Payments and Cancellations

Payments must be made according to the accepted estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Deposits may be required before materials are ordered or work begins.

Cancellation, rescheduling, travel, or return-visit fees may apply where insufficient notice is provided or access to the property is unavailable.

Materials, Warranties, and Maintenance

Any warranty offered will be limited to the written terms provided for the specific service. Warranty coverage may depend on proper maintenance, drainage conditions, customer compliance, and the absence of unrelated property damage.

Normal wear, new structural movement, flooding, plumbing failures, extreme weather, landscaping changes, and work performed by others may not be covered.

Website and Service Disclaimer

Website content is provided for general information only and does not replace a property-specific inspection, engineering assessment, legal advice, or other specialized professional guidance.

Ontario Foundation Group does not guarantee that website information will always be complete, current, or suitable for every property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ontario Foundation Group is not responsible for indirect losses, hidden property conditions, delays beyond reasonable control, third-party work, changes occurring after service, or damage outside the agreed project scope.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
